Our office is again open full time, allowing us to continue caring for you and your family.

When You Arrive For Your Appointment

Our office is open. Please wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth while in the office.


Follow these standard precautions:

  • Wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth, the entire time of your visit
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer
  • Avoid touching your face, including your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Please be aware of social distancing and stay 6 feet apart
  • Please Reschedule; If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, an upper respiratory infection or have been exposed to someone with Covid, we ask that you please call us ahead of time to reschedule your appointment
